The health and safety of our participants and instructors is very important to us.
Due to the rapidly evolving Covid-19 outbreak we have postponed all upcoming Mental Health First Aid Training sessions and workplace mental health presentations.

We will continue to follow recommendations of our Provincial and Federal governments and ask that you do the same.
Be safe and well.

The impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is being felt by all Canadians; it is important to work together so we can take care of ourselves and those around us.
Social isolation can be detrimental to our mental health; therefore, it is important to stay connected with those around us and check in with one another on a regular basis.
It is increasingly difficult to avoid the news while trying to stay informed, but in doing so we must also take steps to protect our mental health.
