There’s no right or wrong way to learn about mental health.

That’s why we offer a series of easy-to-follow, micro-learning modules to help make mental health education interesting and quick to learn, from anywhere.

Workers can use these modules in OHS meetings, Toolbox talks, or from the comfort of their own homes. Microlearning is a proven approach that has helped people in the most efficient and effective manner possible through short pieces of content.

We get it. Not everyone is comfortable talking about mental health in a public setting. By using Mental Health micro-learning, individuals can develop mental health knowledge and skills by themselves, with family or co-workers.
